WhatsApp Business for iOS launched in Beta for small businesses

WhatsApp has launched the beta version of it business app for small businesses on iOS platform. The free-to-download communication business app was launched on android platform recently in January 2018. And now it has also been made available for iOS users. 

The iOS version comes in a tint colour of darker blue and contains "messaging tools" for business like automated greeting and away mesaages, quick reply and "recipients" feature as well, which allows user to select specific recipients for a particular message.

It has the feature to allow users to migrate their existing contacts and WhatsApp account to a WhatsApp Business account. It also enables users to customize their business profile and configure business hours with options in Edit menu. The beta version is available in all the countries across the globe.

The business app has an active user base of five million all over the world. The platform is used by businesses to support their customers, grow their business and serve their communities across the globe.

WhatsApp brought some new features recently to the business app. The features available on Web and desktop included quick replies, labels and chat list filtering.

WhatsApp Business app competes with the Apple's business chat, RCS messaging for Android and Facebook's messenger app.
