PS5 and Next XBOX price and specifications leaked
Recent leaks on reddit from the popular gaming forum ResetEra, reveal that the upcoming Sony's PS5 and Microsoft's Next XBOX will be priced in line with the original prices of PS4 and XBOX one, and will be released in the holiday season of 2020. It's also suggested yet again that Microsoft would follow a two-pronged strategy with a streaming-only XBOX variant on one hand, codenamed Lockhart, and on the other hand, a conventional and more powerful gaming-centered variant referred to internally as Anaconda.
However, the post was quickly removed from reddit but was later confirmed by a verified insider on ResetEra. Reports suggest that PS5 will have the same price as that of the launch price of PS4 released back in 2014, i.e. $399 (approx Rs.28,500) while the next XBOX will be priced $499 (approx Rs.35,600), again same as that of launch price of XBOX one with kinect sensor. The one without kinect sensor was initially priced at $399.

Although, the reddit user was verified by the ResetEra administration, but still their is no official information yet from Microsoft or Sony's end. The post also reads, "Lockhart is not the streaming box. XBOX SoC codename is Anubis. Check AMD's plan". Hence, any concrete detail about either of these consoles may be revealed in the GDC 2019 in late March, which is not too far.
