  2. ISRO will send a probe in 2023 to Venus to study the planet.
  3. ISRO chairman said that we've been getting very good responses from other countries for this mission.
  4. ISRO is working on multiple projects to make India a space superpower in the next decade.

After successfully launching its spacecraft Mangalyaan on Mars, ISRO now plans for some big space projects. In the next 10 years ISRO has set many more missions for space. One of these missions aim to reach the Venus planet. For this, the year of 2023 has been fixed. The spacecraft will carry more than 20 equipments for the planet Venus mission.

The next decade is important in terms of India's achievements in space. In 2020, Mission Exposat will be sent for studying Cosmic Radiation. Aditya L1 is set to reach the sun in 2021, Mars Orbiter Mission-2 will be sent to Mars in 2022, Chandrayaan-3 in 2024 and in 2028 ISRO's missions will be sent to space to study the solar system.

Venus is also called Earth's Twin Sister. Both planets are considerably similar in shape, composition, density, gravity etc. ISRO's mission is to study Surface and Sub-Surface of this planet. Along with that, the mission also targets to study the chemical composition of the atmosphere of Venus. Moreover, solar radiation and solar winds will also be studied during this mission.

ISRO scientists are very excited about this mission. ISRO chairman K Sivan said, "For this mission, we are getting very good response from across the world. There are plans for more than 20 space equipments for the mission." ISRO Chairman also addressed 108 school children under the Yuvika 2019 scheme.
